Pricing remains competitive, with the Qin Plus DM-i starting at RMB 79,800, the Qin L DM-i at RMB 96,800 and RMB 106,800, the Seal 05 DM-i at RMB 79,800, and the Seal 06 DM-i at RMB 96,800 and RMB 106,800. BYD’s Qin series continues to dominate, with 60,667 units sold in December 2025 alone, while the Seal series recorded 44,602 sales in the same month. By the end of 2025, BYD’s cumulative PHEV sales had surpassed 7.86 million units, with one in every two PHEVs sold in China coming from BYD.
